At S H A F I N A Z, we ship all our local & international package via PosLaju Service . Our posting days are every Monday, Wednesday & Friday ( except Public Holidays). Orders received on public holidays and weekends will be process and ship the next posting day.
Once order is shipped out, customer will received their tracking no. via email. We encourage customer to track their parcel with PosLaju Track & Trace system often.
We will not be responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen parcel during transit by PosLaju Service.
Items are sold are not refundable. However, should you feel unsatisfied with the sizing or colour, you may request for an exchange within seven (7) days upon receiving the item. This is also depending on stock availability.
The return product shall be un-used, tags shall not be tampered with, and the product shall be in the original packaging.
In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
All returns and exchange shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
